The GCRC Advisory Committee (GAC) meets and reviews submitted protocols on the
4th Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise noted below). The submission
deadline is the end of the previous month (unless otherwise noted below). As you know,
all protocols that require any use of GCRC resources require approval of both
the GCRC Advisory Committee and the Human Subjects Committee (HSC) prior to
implementation in the GCRC or use of GCRC resources.
The schedule of submission deadlines and committee meetings for 2009 is as follows:

Please note that new protocol submissions and re-submissions must be received by
the submission deadline in order to be distributed to reviewers and be placed
on the agenda for that month’s meeting. Protocols and/or revisions received
after the monthly submission deadline will be on the agenda for the following
month’s meeting.
