GCRC Application and Submission process
The GCRC Application is comprised of the complete HSC application and the 1 page
GCRC addendum ( link

to GCRC Addendum).
Investigator initiated proposals should receive GCRC advisory committee (GAC)
approval prior to submission to the HSC in order to avoid conflicting
requirements from simultaneous reviews.
Industry-sponsored studies should contact Judy Otey, Adm Dr, to discuss submission
requirements.
Once the HSC application is completed, you will need to save the HSC application
and return to GCRC website and upload the HSC application and 1 page GCRC
addendum to our website.
The GCRC application does not require the PI’s signature.
You will also need to upload your protocol in the required format along with
informed consent(s) form.
Upload copy of budget and any other additional documents (ie: investigator’s
brochure).
